Join us for the third and final Wealth Our Way (W.O.W.) session in our three-part learning series about commercial shared ownership model implementation.
In partnership with the City of Chicago, Community Desk Chicago is hosting the third session in our W.O.W. learning series, exploring assets and operations for community wealth building models. This session will focus on key components of shared ownership including property acquisition, asset management, and property management. Panelists will be community development practitioners with experience in the development and ownership of community wealth building models.
This final session will be a culmination of parts 1 and 2, where we discussed legal and governance in part 1 and funding and finance in part 2. This final part will help teams evaluate which building types may be a good fit for their models and consider how their legal structure and capital stack affect their asset management requirements.
